Heat Shield: Removal

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Remove the bolts (2) from the front heat shield (1). See Figure .
  2. Remove the front heat shield (1) from the transmission. See Figure .
  3. Remove the bolt (4) and the nut (5) from the side heat shield (3). Remove the side heat shield (3) from the transmission. See Figure .
