Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley and bolt to the generator bracket.

    Snug the bolt finger tight.

  2. Install the drive belt. Refer to DRIVE BELT REPLACEMENT - ACCESSORY  .
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
