Installation Procedure

Install the recirculation door.
Install the recirculation actuator.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the recirculation actuator mounting screws.
Tighten:

Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

Connect the recirculation actuator electrical connection (1).
Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT .
