Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT  .
  2. Separate the HVAC module assembly.
  3. Remove the mode actuator screws.
  4. Remove the mode actuator (3).
  5. Remove the mode actuator cam assembly (4).
  6. Remove the defroster door lever (2).
  7. Remove the defroster door (1).
