Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the floor console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (WITH CONSOLE MOUNTING BRACKET) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (W/O CONSOLE MOUNTING BRACKET) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the seats. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - CENTER in Seats.
  3. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT  .
  4. Roll the carpeting back to expose the rear floor air ducts.
  5. Remove the rear floor ducts from the floor studs.

  6. Remove the rear floor duct.
