Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Yukon XL, 2003 GMC Yukon, 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the rear floor air duct.

  2. Install the rear floor ducts from the floor studs.
  3. Position the carpeting back into place.
  4. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT  .
  5. Install the seats. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - CENTER in Seats.
  6. Install the floor console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (WITH CONSOLE MOUNTING BRACKET) or CONSOLE REPLACEMENT (W/O CONSOLE MOUNTING BRACKET) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
