Installation Procedure

  1. Install the right floor air outlet duct (3) to the HVAC module (2).
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the screw to the right floor air outlet duct (3).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the screw to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  3. Install the right closeout/insulator panel. Refer to INSULATOR REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
