Conditions For Setting DTC

On automatic transmissions, the actual engine speed is 60 RPM less than the desired engine speed for 13 seconds.
On manual transmissions, the actual engine speed is 100 RPM less than the desired engine speed for 19 seconds.
On all transmissions, the IAC position is more than 145 counts.
