Diagnostic Aids

Check knock sensor for proper connection. A loose or over-torqued knock sensor can cause DTC to set. If this DTC is determined to be intermittent refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITIONS  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
