Diagnostic Aids

Performing the fuel injector coil test may help isolate an intermittent condition. An injector that is shorted to voltage or is disconnected while engine is operating will cause this DTC to set. A misfire related DTC should also be set indicating which cylinder is inoperative.

For an intermittent condition, refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITIONS  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.
