Removal Procedure

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - LIFT GATE  .
  3. Remove actuator cable assembly from handle.
  4. Remove the nuts from the back of the endgate behind the handle assembly.

  5. Remove the handle assembly.
