Installation Procedure

  1. Install the duct assembly to the vehicle.

  2. Insert the drain hose and grommet to the inner fender wheelwell.
  3. Insert the push-pin retainers to the duct assembly.
  4. Install the cargo box stowage box. Refer to BOX REPLACEMENT - CARGO STOWAGE (AVALANCHE)  .
  5. Install the lamp socket to the pickup box side courtesy lamp assembly.
  6. Install the cargo box stowage lid assembly. Refer to LID REPLACEMENT - CARGO BOX STOWAGE BOX (AVALANCHE)  .
  7. Install the assist handle. Refer to ASSIST HANDLE REPLACEMENT - END GATE (AVALANCHE)  .
  8. Install the rear compartment cover assembly.
