Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 8 other vehicles, including the 2003 GMC Yukon XL, 2003 GMC Yukon, 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2003 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the trim panel to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the lower seat belt bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolt to 70 N.m (52 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat belt cover.
  4. Install the rear door sill trim plate. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - FRONT  or to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT - REAR  .
