Conditions For Running The DTC

DTC will run under the following conditions:

The components are powered, and ignition voltage is greater than 9 volts and less than 18 volts.
Output speed is greater than 200 RPM for 5 seconds.
No shift is in process.
Hydraulic system has line pressure.
DTCs P0706, P0716, P0717, P0721, P0722, P0726, P0727, P1713, and P1716 are not active.
