Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the windshield pillar garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - WINDSHIELD PILLAR in Interior Trim.
  2. Disconnect the XM radio antenna cable (1).
    NOTE: Use care when removing or installing the headliner. Excessive bending will damage the headliner.

  4. Lower the front of the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION in Interior Trim.
  5. Disconnect the XM antenna cable from the antenna connection above the headliner.
  6. Remove the cable clips from the windshield pillar and remove the antenna cable from the vehicle.
