Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2002 GMC Yukon XL, 2002 GMC Yukon, 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Fig 1: Grille Ends To Fender Fasteners

Align the grille to the grille support and the fenders.
Press the grille ends in order to secure the grille to the fender.

Align the radiator grille to the support reinforcement.
Install the push pin retainers (1) to the radiator support.
Close the hood.
Inspect the grille for proper alignment.
For diesel only, install the winter cover, if removed.
