Disabling System (Tracker)

  1. Ensure front wheels are in straight-ahead position. Remove key. Remove AIR BAG fuse from in-line fuse holder located near base of steering column. See Fig 1.
  2. Remove steering column opening trim plate. Remove Connector Position Assurance (CPA) clip, release lock tab, and disconnect driver air bag Yellow 2-pin connector. See Fig 1.
  3. Open glove box. Push inward on left and right-side stoppers and rotate glove box downward. Remove CPA clip, and disconnect Yellow 2-pin passenger-side air bag connector.
