Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2002 GMC Envoy XL, 2002 GMC Envoy, and 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the mode actuator.
    IMPORTANT: The service actuator is positioned in the bi-level mode. Place the mode door in the middle of the door's travel.
    2. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the mode actuator mounting screws.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  3. Connect the mode actuator electrical connector.
  4. Install the left floor duct. Refer to AIR OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT - FLOOR, LH .
