Continuity Inspection

CAUTION:
- Water or foreign material entering the connector can cause a poor connection or corrosion. Be sure not to drop water or foreign material on the connector when disconnecting it.
- Remove the battery duct and battery cover.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the under cover.
- Disconnect the TR switch connector.
- Verify that the continuity is as indicated in the table.
- If there is any malfunction, adjust the TR switch and go to Step 5.
- Reinspect for continuity at TR switch.
- If there is any malfunction, replace the TR switch. (See TRANSAXLE RANGE (TR) SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Connect the TR switch connector.
- Install the under cover.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Install the battery duct and battery cover.
