DTCs P0101, P0102, P0103, P0112, P0113, P0116, P0117, P0118, P1111, P1112, P1114, or P1115 are not set.
The engine is running.
The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is more than -40°F (-40°C).
The ECT is more than -40°F (-40°C).
The start-up ECT is less than 104°F (40°C).
