Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING SYSTEM .
  2. Use a small flat-bladed tool and gently pry the deck lid switch from the instrument panel (I/P) carrier.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the deck lid switch.
