Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
  2. Release the wiring harness from the retainers on the air cleaner mounting bracket and position it aside.

  3. Reach under the front of the electrical center and press up on the relief in order to release the tab.
  4. While pressing up, slide the electrical center toward the front of the vehicle to remove it from the air cleaner mounting bracket.
  5. Position the electrical center aside in order to access the air cleaner mounting bracket bolts.

  6. Remove the air cleaner mounting bracket bolts from the body.

  7. Remove the air cleaner mounting bracket bolts from the strut tower.
  8. Remove the air cleaner mounting bracket from the vehicle.
