Installation Procedure

Install the air cleaner mounting bracket to the vehicle.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the air cleaner mounting bracket to strut tower bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the air cleaner mounting bracket to strut tower bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the air cleaner mounting bracket to body bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the air cleaner mounting bracket to body bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Place the wiring harness into position and secure the wiring harness retainers.

Position the electrical center to the air cleaner mounting bracket.
Slide the electrical center toward the rear of the vehicle to engage the retainer.

Install the air cleaner assembly.
