Removal Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Mark the location of the hood latch (2) to the support (1) using a grease pencil.
  3. Remove the hood latch bolts (3) from the support (1).
  4. Disconnect the hood latch cable from the hood latch (2).
  5. Remove the hood latch (2) from the vehicle.
