Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oil level indicator tube to the engine. Ensure that the tube assembly is fully seated in the engine.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the oil level indicator tube bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the oil level indicator tube bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
