Installation Procedure

  1. Coat the camshaft rear bearing hole plug with sealer. Use GM P/N 1052080 or an equivalent.
  2. Install the camshaft rear bearing hole plug.
  3. Install the flywheel. Refer to Engine Flywheel Replacement  .
