Installation Procedure

  1. Install fan shroud to radiator.
  2. Install the fan to the shroud.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the four lower fan bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install lower closeout panel.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the four upper fan bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  7. Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
  8. Install wiring harness to retainers on cooling fans.
  9. Install air deflector.
  10. Install bolt to retain A/C line to fan shroud.

    Tighten 

    Tighten bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
