Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle with suitable safety stands. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler lines from the oil cooler, if equipped. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER HOSE/PIPE REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the bolts securing the air baffle to the radiator support.
  4. Remove the air baffle from the vehicle.
