Test Description

The number below refers to the step number on the diagnostic table.

  1. 3)  - Turn the ignition off while the wiper arms are not in the park position. If the wiper arms go to the park position and stop when the ignition is turned on, an internal fault in the windshield wiper/washer switch or short to voltage in the pigtail harness is present.
