Removal Procedure

  1. Lower the window all the way down.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  3. Remove the door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
  4. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
  5. Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Inner .
  6. Remove the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer .
  7. Remove the window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door .
  8. Remove the rear door window weatherstrip fasteners.
  9. Grasp the lower front edge of the window weatherstrip.
  10. Pull the weatherstrip out of the door frame.
  11. Remove the fastener from the run channel.
  12. Slide the window weatherstrip forward until it clears the door frame.
  13. Remove the weatherstrip.
