Removal Procedure

  1. Lower the window all the way down.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
  3. Starting at one end of the window inner belt seal strip (1), pull upward to release the seal strip.

  4. If further disassembly of the door is required, remove the auxiliary water deflector.
    1. 4.1. Gently remove folded portion of deflector from the door flange.
    2. 4.2. Lift deflector up and out of the door.
