Removal Procedure

  1. Release the parking brake.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Release the tension on the cables by loosening the nut at the equalizer.
  4. Disconnect the rear cables from the equalizer.
  5. Remove the rear cables from the mounting bracket by depressing the retaining tabs and pulling rearward.

  6. Remove the cable support bracket nuts.
  7. Remove the cable support bracket.
