Installation Procedure

  1. Install the subwoofer to the vehicle.
  2. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the subwoofer retaining bolts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 9.0 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connector.
  5. Install the rear amplifier, if removed from the top of the subwoofer. Refer to Amplifier Replacement (Base)  or Amplifier Replacement (Denali Yukon)  or Amplifier Replacement (Denali Suburban)  or Amplifier Replacement (Escalade EXT) .
  6. Install the rear quarter panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - RIGHT (UTILITY) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - RIGHT (SUBURBAN) , or to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - LEFT (UTILITY) or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER - LEFT (SUBURBAN) .
