Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear bumper impact bar to the frame.

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts to the rear bumper impact bar at the frame. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 ft lbs).
  3. Install the rear bumper energy absorber. Refer to Energy Absorber Replacement - Rear .
  4. Install the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Fascia Replacement - Rear Bumper .
