Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Buick Regal and 2002 Buick Century. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the front bumper fascia upper support to the front bumper fascia.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the bolts to the front bumper fascia upper support at the radiator support. Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 in lbs).
  3. Install the front bumper fascia upper support bolts to the center support bracket. Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (88 in lbs).
  4. Install the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB AND/OR CORNERING, SIDEMARKER, PARK, TURN SIGNAL BULB REPLACEMENT .

  5. Aim the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMP AIMING .
  6. Close the hood.
