Installation Procedure

  1. Install the transfer case gear indicator switch. Tighten the transfer case gear indicator switch to 31 N.m (23 ft lbs).
  2. Install the transfer case gear indicator switch electrical connector.
  3. Install the transfer case shield. Refer to Transfer Case Shield Replacement .
  4. Lower the vehicle.
