Installation Procedure

- Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the vehicle.
- Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the rear of the upper track.CAUTION: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the bolts that retain the upper roller bracket to the door. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to GARNISH MOLDING REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE FRONT .
- Install the sliding side door upper track garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding - Rear Side Door Upper Track .
- Install the sliding side door upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Sliding Door Upper .
- Install the sliding side door upper roller bracket cover. Refer to Roller Bracket Cover Replace - Sliding Door Upper .
