Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
  2. Remove the rear door outside handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Outside .
  3. Remove the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder (1).
  4. Press the lock cylinder, from outside the vehicle, through the rear door outside handle (3).
  5. Remove the lock cylinder (1) from the rear door outside handle (3).
