Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the IP compartment handle. Refer to HANDLE REPLACEMENT - IP Compartment  .
  2. Insert the key into the IP compartment door lock cylinder.
  3. Insert a small diameter tool into the slot on the upper side of the door handle cylinder housing and depress and hold the lock cylinder retainer.
  4. While the lock cylinder retainer is still depressed, turn the key 1/4 turn counterclockwise.
  5. Pull to remove the lock cylinder.
