Removal Procedure

Remove the center IP trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Center .
Remove the console trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console .
Remove the console tray insert. Refer to Console Tray Insert Replacement .
Remove the left console trim panel. Refer to Console Trim Panel Replacement - Left .
Remove the right console trim panel. Refer to Console Trim Panel Replacement - Right .
Remove the shifter cable.

Remove the park/shift lock cable.

Remove the console main wiring harness connector.

Open the IP storage compartment door and remove the fastener (1).

Remove the fasteners (1, 2) from the console to the IP.

Remove the fasteners (1) from the console to the floor.
Move the front seats to the full forward position.
Remove the fasteners (2) from the console to the floor. Move the front seats to the full rearward position.
Carefully, so as not to damage the seats, slide the console rearward and up to remove from the vehicle.
