Installation Procedure

- Carefully, so as not to damage the seats, install the console into the vehicle by sliding forward and fitting up to the IP.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the fasteners (1) from the console to the floor.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners (1) to 9 N.m (80 in lbs).
- Move the seat to the full forward position.
- Install the fasteners (2) from the console to the floor.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners (2) to 9 N.m (80 in lbs).
- Install the fasteners (1, 2) from the console to the IP.
Tighten
Tighten the fasteners (1) to 9 N.m (80 in lbs).
Tighten
Tighten the fastener (2) to 2 N.m (18 in lbs).
- Install the right side fastener (1).
Tighten
Tighten the fastener to 2 N.m (18 in lbs).
- Connect the main wiring harness connector.
- Install the park/shift lock cable.
- Install the shifter cable.
- Install the console trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console .
- Install the right console trim panel. Refer to Console Trim Panel Replacement - Right .
- Install the left console trim panel. Refer to Console Trim Panel Replacement - Left .
- Install the tray assembly. Refer to Console Tray Insert Replacement .
- Install the console trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console .
- Install the center IP trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Center .
