Fuel Junction Block: Installation

  1. Install junction block and 2 nuts holding junction block. Install fuel system return line banjo bolt to junction block. Connect 3 fuel pipes to junction block.
  2. Connect other end of pipe to left fuel rail. Install charged air cooler inlet duct to turbocharger charged air cooler outlet. Align marks on hose and intake manifold duct.
  3. Install PCV hose to upper valve rocker arm cover. Install NEW O-ring seal on water outlet tube. Lightly lubricate O-ring seal with coolant. Install water outlet tube. Install bolt retaining water outlet tube to thermostat housing.
  4. Install 2 bolts retaining water outlet tube to valve rocker arm cover. Install turbocharger coolant hose and clamp from turbocharger bypass valve. Connect oil pressure sending unit harness connector.
  5. Connect left front injector harness connector. Install A/C compressor mounting bolts. Reconnect A/C cut-out switch electrical connector. Reconnect A/C compressor clutch electrical connector. Replace drive belt. Fill engine coolant. See DRAINING & REFILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
  6. Install upper intake manifold sight shield. Install fuel cap. Connect negative batteries cables to both batteries.
  7. Position hood in normal operating position by moving hood hinge bolts from service position to normal operating position. Purge air from fuel system.
