Installation (Left)

  1. Install exhaust manifold with gasket. Install exhaust manifold bolts/nuts. Use sequence shown, to properly tighten exhaust manifold bolts.
  2. Install exhaust manifold heat shield. Install exhaust manifold heat shield bolts. Install exhaust pipe gasket. Align tab on gasket to face outward. Install exhaust pipe and bolts to exhaust manifold.
  3. Raise vehicle. Install exhaust pipe heat shield bolts. Install charged air cooler outlet duct.
  4. Install wheelhouse panel. Install front tire and wheel. Lower vehicle.
