Air Intake Pipe: Installation

Clean mating surfaces on air intake pipe and turbocharger. Position air intake pipe to turbocharger. Install air intake pipe bolts. Tighten bolts to 89 INCH lbs. (10 N.m). Install PCV valve hose. Install glow plug relay assembly. See GLOW PLUG RELAY . Install upper intake manifold cover. Install upper intake manifold cover to outlet duct. Tighten outlet duct clamp at upper intake manifold cover. Torque all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
