Installation Procedure

  1. Position the front bumper impact bar to the front bumper brackets.
  2. Loose assemble bolt (4) through the bracket.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the bolts to secure the front bumper impact bar to the bracket.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts (3) first, then (4) to 25 N.m (18 ft lbs).

  4. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - Front Bumper . .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Close the hood.
