Power Steering Pump Installation

- Place the power steering pump in position in the engine valley. Slide the molded wedge into the retaining feature cast into the cylinder block.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Important: You MUST push the power steering pump toward the rear of the engine as much as possible before tightening the bolt.
- Install the power steering pump bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the power steering pump bolt to 50 N.m (37 ft lbs).
