Installation Procedure

  1. Install the shift lever (4) and secure it with the shift lever screw (3). Tighten the shift lever screw to 20 N.m (15 ft lbs).
  2. Slide the shift lever seal (2) down the shift lever (4).
  3. Install the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement - On Vehicle .
