Front Disc Brake Splash Shield: Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle. Remove the tire and wheel assembly.
  2. Remove the front hub and bearing assembly. See WHEEL HUB, BEARING, AND SEAL REPLACEMENT in appropriate FRONT SUSPENSION article.
  3. Remove the retaining bolts for the splash shield.
  4. Remove the splash shield.
