Brake Pedal: Removal

  1. Remove the closeout/insulator panel.
  2. Remove the stoplight switch from the brake pedal. See STOPLIGHT SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  3. Remove the brake pedal pivot bolt and discard the bolt.
  4. Remove the brake pedal.
  5. Inspect the brake pedal pivot bushing for damage or wear.
