Removal Procedure

- Remove the rear passenger seats. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (ALL EXCEPT LUXURY) or SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR BENCH (LUXURY Y91) .
- Remove the front headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement - Front .
- Remove the overhead console assembly, if equipped. Refer to Overhead Console Replacement - Intermediate (Luxury Y91) and to Overhead Console Replacement - Rear (Luxury Y91) .
- Remove the driver side body side front garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Left Body Side Upper .
- Remove the passenger side front corner garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Right Side Front .
- Remove the body side rear upper garnish moldings. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Body Side Rear Upper .
- Remove the seat belt anchor bolt. Refer to SEAT BELT REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
- Remove the coat hooks. Refer to Coat Hook Replacement .
- Remove the overhead Velcro® strips from the headliner.
- Remove the rear heater controls, if equipped. Refer to MAIN HVAC CONTROL ASSEMBLY .
- Remove the dome lamps. Refer to DOME LAMP REPLACEMENT (ALL EXCEPT LUXURY) or DOME LAMP REPLACEMENT (LUXURY Y91) .
- Remove the roof console speakers, if equipped. Refer to SPEAKER REPLACEMENT - ROOF CONSOLE (LUXURY Y91) .
- Slide the headliner from the vehicle rearward.
